I mentioned a while back that the Nickent 3DX Ironwood has been a popular club on the Nationwide Tour. It has now been the number one hybrid club on the Nationwide for the past month and is showing no signs of slowing down. There were 24 of them in play last week at the Miccosukee Championship.
Speaking of things being used on tour, the True Temper Dynamic Gold shaft was used by the winners of the the PGA Tour event, the Nationwide Tour event and the Champions Tour event last week. The Dynamic Gold is the best iron shaft out there if you ask me…. mind you I use them and I haven’t won anything.
And finally for our friends up in Canada…. word on the street is that Golf Town is about to go public. My sources say that the chain of mega stores had a mediocre year and may be looking to raise some money to pay for their rapid expansion.
