Cobra Patents Orange

Source: Golf Inventions, Patents, and Technology via The IP Golf Guy (aka The Golf Patent Attorney): How Long Before Rickie is Playing this Driver?

SirShanksAlot Comments: TaylorMade Goes White, Ping tries pink, and now Cobra is looking at an all orange club head, no doubt inspired by Ricky Fowler, and their latest “colourful” trend.

The color(s) orange is/are claimed as a feature of the mark. The mark consists of the color orange appearing on the crown of the golf club head. The broken outline of the goods is intended to show the position of the color on the goods and forms no part of the mark, serving as positional reference only.

Interesting stuff!
